Vocalist based in London, currently on an international tour with The Australian Pink Floyd Show.
Emily has performed in such venues as Hammersmith Apollo, Birmingham NIA, Jazz Café, 606 Club, Echo Arena, The Palladium, Theatre Royal Drury Lane, and countless major venues across the Europe and America. She has performed in many groups and has shared the stage with the likes of Thunder and Dame Cleo Laine amongst others.
Emily has sung for commercial recordings and film, various vocal a cappella and gospel ensembles and has provided backing vocals for numerous up-and-coming solo artists across the UK.
Emily is currently in the middle of a collaborative electronic/acousmatic project 'Nightports' exploring synthesis, vocal timbres and the popular song.
Early years: At 4 years Emily began her classical training across a range of disciplines including piano and Suzuki violin. By 15, her training at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama directed her towards vocal studies and through 'Theatre-Train' and The National Youth Music Theatre, soloed in venues such as the Theatre Royal Drury Lane and the Palladium. After completing a vocal diploma at The Italia Conti Academy of Performing Arts London, Emily received a Master's Degree at Leeds College of Music specialising in a cappella vocal arrangement, backing vocals and performance. She started her professional career singing in celebrity Christmas cards for Hallmark. Emily is available live and studio work.
