Caffe Concerto's Customer & Staff Safety Policy 2020

We want you to be able to enjoy your experience when dining at Caffe Concerto, however things will look and feel a little different on your visit. Please read more on the steps we have taken to ensure that you and our teams are safe. Please see below:

  • We have reviewed all disinfectants used throughout our restaurants & cafes and can confirm that they are effective against virus, including coronaviruses

  • All team members have been re-trained in the correct hand washing method and frequency

  • We ask that you remain mindful of social distancing guidelines when in our restaurants & cafes, particularly when entering and leaving, in corridors and when visiting the restroom

  • We are now offering contact free ordering. This enables us to operate with fewer members of staff and to allow for social distancing

  • All employees are subject to daily wellness which includes a temperature check. Anyone displaying symptoms or pre-symptoms of COVID-19 will be excluded from the workplace

  • We respectfully ask that you do not visit the restaurant if you are suffering from symptoms of COVID-19

  • We provide face visors to all our chef team members as well as face masks our wait staff for their safety as well as yours

  • A COVID-19 risk assessment has been completed, in line with the government guidance, and will be reviewed regularly

  • We have reviewed the layout of our restaurants & cafes to ensure sufficient space between tables and to allow for social distancing

  • Hand sanitiser stations have been installed throughout our restaurants & cafes to help keep frequently touched area as clean as possible. This is for the use of our guests and teams alike

  • The frequency of cleaning and disinfection of all surfaces, including tables, chairs and small equipment has been increased
